Investment rationale

AAC Capital Partners backed the company’s founder and CEO in his successful strategy to consolidate the Benelux healthcare textile services market. During our ownership, we completed two large add-on acquisitions to the CleanLease platform, effectively tripling sales. Furthermore, a number of smaller fill-in acquisitions were made, together resulting in a significant increase in market share in the healthcare segment. The company made a successful transformation from a local business into a professional and institutionalised Benelux market leader.
